Mental health is often linked to sleep quality, and sleep programs may be covered if prescribed by a healthcare provider to treat sleep-related issues like insomnia, which are often connected to mental health conditions.
These techniques, which help individuals control physiological functions (such as heart rate, muscle tension, or brain wave activity), can sometimes be covered if prescribed by a healthcare provider to manage conditions like anxiety, ADHD, or PTSD.
Programs that focus on improving mental health through cognitive training or relaxation techniques can be eligible if recommended by a healthcare provider.
In some cases, if life coaching or personal development sessions are part of a structured mental health treatment plan (e.g., for anxiety or depression), they may be eligible.
